The Russia House courier has now been operating for 35
years – it was the first on-line in 1975 to Russia and we take pride in still
providing the best service – discreet, secure and with minimum customs delay.
Russian Customs have over the past few years introduced
many new regulations, been stricter in enforcing existing rules and formalized
the customs duty collections. Up to now, we have been able to absorb these
extra costs.
However, the latest round of regulations, duty increases
and additional freight charges have forced us to review our rates and
restructure pricing according to goods classification and categories.
These follow overleaf.
Having checked with other services on getting goods and
documents to Moscow quickly, efficiently and economically we are convinced The
Russia House ‘Troika’ courier service is still the best and gives excellent
value for money.

Conditions
INSURANCE- The Russia House does
not insure consignments or have an overall cover on this service. Consignees
should ensure that their consignments have adequate cover.
PACKAGING – Consignees should ensure that their
consignments are adequately packed for safe transit. If The Russia House has to
re-pack or secure goods an appropriate charge will be made for material and labour.
The Russia House cannot be held responsible for damage or
lost goods through transit or goods confiscated or withheld by Customs.
The Russia House cannot hold itself responsible for money
lost in transit through theft or confiscation.
