Required documents for Visa Procurement

For us to apply for your Chinese Visa, you need to supply us with the following:

1. For Tourist visa - passport, photo and application form only.

2. For Business visa - invitation letter from the Chinese Company or Visa Notification issued by an authorised unit in China. Invitation letter from Chinese company, this letter must include full passport details and full name.

3. Non-UK passport holders need a UK work or residency permit, except for those that are exempt from UK Visa and residing in UK

The following documents are also required for various different visas:

Tourist Visa - The itinerary or flight booking.

Business Visa - An invitation letter / fax from a Chinese Government department or government-authorised company.

Work Visa - An employment permit from the Ministry of Labour or the State Bureau of Foreign Expats of China together with invitation letter from the company authorised by the Chinese government.

Student Visa - JW-201 or JW-202 form issued by the Ministry of Education and a letter of admission from a Chinese University / College.

Transit Visa - A valid visa for the country of destination and a business letter. Duration of transit visa is about 7 days. For a British Passport holder, the Chinese transit visa of 24 hour stopover in the airport is not required.

Journalist Visa - J-1 or J-2 letter of relevant Department in China or the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai or Guangdong Municiple Government and a business letter.
